* If your Mick-O-Pegs aren't a good fit for you, please Contact Us, so we can work
with you to find another Mick-O-Pegs Model to try.
- If you purchase and try a 2nd Mick-O-Pegs Model, and ultimately keep it,
return the 1st purchase for a full refund, less $30 Restock Charge,
when returned in like-new condition.
- If both Models are returned for refund, an additional $30 Restock Charge applies.
*When returning merchandise:
1. Package parts so they do not contact each other, causing wear/damage.
3 layered sheets of newspaper is often enough, if wrapped/taped tightly to
keep them from shifting, along with additional 'padding' to fill empty space
inside box.
2. Include a copy of your receipt (or mention when and where you purchased
them). Include your contact info (Name, Address, Phone & Email). Feel free
to include a 2nd phone/email to better-guarantee contact.
3. Insure your package against loss/damage (optional). NOTE: If you choose to
not buy insurance, you are responsible in a case of loss/damage. We have
had very good results (extremely minimal lost/damaged packages) over 17+
years shipping via U.S. Postal Service.
